Sushi Station
Dad had the day off so of course we went on a daddy daughter lunch date! Oh boy was this fun! My coworker had recommended this place to me years ago and I finally got around to trying it. You get seated and then there's a guide on how much each plate costs. Also pro tip: if you go at lunch time, there are lunch special plates. Dad and I got a lot of sushi and it was all so yummy. It was also great going as 2 people because the plates are usually 2-4 pieces so that made it easy to split. You get to watch the chefs slice the fish and prep the rolls and then put them onto the belt. You can open up your little window and grab anything you like. They have descriptions on a little card right before the plates so you know what you are grabbing. It was a really fun interactive experience and I want to go back!
